The fastest, calmest way to marry in Shakarpur — a same day Arya Samaj Vedic ceremony backed by proper court registration, and because our base is just around the corner, you barely have to travel. Pandit, documents and certificate all arranged for love, inter-caste, inter-religion and NRI couples.
Of all the areas we serve, Shakarpur is one of the closest to home. Tucked between Laxmi Nagar and the Karkardooma courts in east Delhi, it is a lively, crowded neighbourhood of coaching centres, small businesses and families who have lived here for years. For couples in Shakarpur, the single biggest advantage is simple: our base sits just minutes away, so a same day marriage genuinely means same day, with barely any travel added on top.
The couples we meet from here are a mixed, busy lot — a student pair finishing exams near Laxmi Nagar, a young shop owner from Shakarpur Khas, a working couple who cross to Preet Vihar every morning. What ties them together is the wish for a same day Arya Samaj court marriage in Shakarpur that is quick, private and, above all, backed by a certificate the government recognises. That is precisely what this service delivers, and being local means we can often fit you in fast.
This page explains the whole thing in plain words — what same day marriage really means, who can apply, the documents to keep ready, how the timeline runs, and the small mistakes that cost couples time. Read at your own pace. If you would rather just talk, one call to +91 8376863962 connects you to a consultant who works in this exact part of east Delhi every day.
Two things get mixed up all the time: the wedding and the certificate. They are not the same, and understanding that early saves a lot of confusion. Here is the snapshot before the detail.
| Point | In Plain Words |
|---|---|
| What it is | A same day Arya Samaj Vedic wedding plus court registration support |
| Where | For couples in Shakarpur and the surrounding east Delhi colonies |
| Ceremony time | Done in one day, usually within a couple of hours |
| Certificates | Arya Samaj certificate the same day, government certificate after registration |
| Who it fits | Working couples, students, love, inter-caste, inter-religion and NRI couples |
| Handled by us | Pandit, forms, affidavits and SDM registration (you bring two witnesses who know you) |
Same day Arya Samaj court marriage is a service where you complete a Vedic Arya Samaj wedding in a single day and then move the paperwork toward court registration for the legal certificate. The ceremony — mantras, the havan fire and the vows before witnesses — happens same day, and the registration follows. In Shakarpur, one team runs both ends, and being close by makes the whole thing genuinely quick.
Any couple where the groom is 21 or above and the bride is 18 or above, both single or lawfully free to remarry, both of sound mind, and both marrying willingly. Whether you belong to Shakarpur, Krishna Nagar, Pandav Nagar or Nirman Vihar, the same conditions apply. Caste is never a barrier, and inter-religion couples have a valid, lawful path of their own.
The Arya Samaj ceremony and its certificate can be finished the same day once your documents are ready — and since Shakarpur is minutes from our base, there is little travel to slow you down. Registering that marriage at the SDM office generally takes a few working days. A pure court marriage under the Special Marriage Act needs roughly 30 to 45 days because of the compulsory 30-day notice. We always give the honest timeline for your case.
Trust in this work grows quietly. It shows the moment a couple who felt buried in procedure walks out married, relaxed and holding a valid certificate. Because we handle east Delhi couples constantly and work right beside Shakarpur, we already know which document the SDM office will ask for, how the local Preet Vihar sub-division runs, and how to keep a file moving rather than stuck in a pile.
Beyond the paperwork, people remember being treated fairly. We never push you into hasty decisions or slip charges into the fine print. You get a plain explanation, a straight quote, and someone who actually answers the phone. That is exactly why couples from Laxmi Nagar, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar and Krishna Nagar keep sending their friends and relatives our way.
Before we start, let us make sure you qualify. The rules are fair, and most couples clear them easily. Here they are, set out plainly.
| Condition | What Is Needed |
|---|---|
| Groom's age | 21 years or above, with valid proof |
| Bride's age | 18 years or above, with valid proof |
| Current status | Single, or divorced with decree, or widowed with death certificate |
| Mental soundness | Both able to give free, informed consent |
| Willingness | The marriage must be completely voluntary |
| Relationship | Not within prohibited degrees under the law |
| Witnesses | Two adults with valid photo identity |
Clean paperwork is what turns a registration smooth instead of slow. Keep the originals plus one clear set of photocopies together in a folder. Here is the standard list for both partners.
| Document | Why It Is Needed | Whose |
|---|---|---|
| Aadhaar card | Identity | Bride & Groom |
| Birth certificate / 10th marksheet / passport | Age & date of birth | Bride & Groom |
| Passport size photographs | Records & certificate | Bride & Groom |
| Address proof (Aadhaar, voter ID, bill) | Residence | Bride & Groom |
| Two witnesses with ID | Legal requirement | Both sides |
| Divorce decree (if applicable) | Proof of free status | Divorced applicant |
| Spouse's death certificate (if applicable) | Proof of free status | Widow / widower |
| Passport + visa / OCI (NRI or foreign) | Nationality & status | NRI / foreign national |
If a paper is missing, or your name appears differently across documents, there is no reason to panic. These are everyday snags, usually settled with a simple affidavit. Flag it on the first call and we will arrange the fix beforehand.
Here is exactly how a same day Arya Samaj court marriage unfolds for a couple in Shakarpur, from your first message to holding the final certificate.
| Route | Ceremony | Certificate |
|---|---|---|
| Arya Samaj Vedic marriage | Same day | Arya Samaj certificate same day |
| Arya Samaj + SDM registration | Same day ceremony | Government certificate in a few working days |
| Court marriage (Special Marriage Act) | After the 30-day notice | About 30 to 45 days in total |
| Registering an existing marriage | Already done | Usually a short window |
The honest answer to "what will it cost" is that it depends. It shifts with the service you pick, how many documents and affidavits are involved, and whether you add registration or attestation for use abroad. Government charges are separate and set by the office, not by us.
Rather than throw out a random figure, we would sooner understand your case in a two-minute call and then give you a clean, all-in number with nothing hidden waiting at the end. You will know what you are paying, and why, before you agree to anything.

It helps to know which law your marriage stands on, because that is what governs the timeline. Indian marriages are recognised under a handful of key statutes, and we work with each of them.
Worth repeating once more: the ceremony and the registration are two separate steps. The Arya Samaj certificate confirms the marriage happened. The government certificate from the SDM office is the one banks, passport offices and embassies actually ask for. For any official purpose, that second certificate is the one you want — and we make sure it reaches your hands.
Many couples have never watched an Arya Samaj wedding up close and wonder what it involves. It is refreshingly simple and free of heavy ritual expense. The pandit lights the sacred havan fire, chants Vedic mantras, and leads the couple through the vows and the pheras around the fire. There are no idols and no elaborate demands — the entire focus rests on the promises the two of you make to each other. Within a couple of hours you are married in the fullest traditional sense, and you leave with the Arya Samaj marriage certificate in hand. It is dignified, meaningful and quick, which is exactly why so many Shakarpur families prefer it.
When people say "same day marriage" they usually picture the whole affair wrapped up in an afternoon. The honest position is this: the Arya Samaj Vedic ceremony truly can be completed in a single day, and you receive its certificate that day. What cannot be squeezed into a day is the court registration under the Special Marriage Act, because that law fixes a 30-day notice no one can waive. So we deliver the ceremony same day and then move your registration as quickly as the rules honestly allow. Because Shakarpur is so close to our base, couples here often find the same day option especially easy.
Some couples prefer the court path under the Special Marriage Act, often because it works cleanly for partners of different religions or those who want a purely civil marriage. We manage the notice filing, the documentation and the coordination with the office so the 30-day window passes smoothly. Every stage is explained before it happens, and we keep you updated as your date approaches. It is slower than the Arya Samaj route, but for the right couple it is precisely the correct choice.
Registration is where many couples come unstuck when they try it alone — a form filled wrong, a witness ID that does not match, a missed appointment. We take that whole load off your shoulders. Whether your marriage was Vedic, temple-based or through Arya Samaj, we build your file correctly and steer you through the SDM office so the government certificate comes through without repeated visits. If you recently married in Shakarpur and only need the certificate, this is the service to ask about.
Love marriages are the ones we handle with the greatest care, because the couple is often anxious and simply wants things done quietly and correctly. If the two of you have decided, we offer a safe, respectful and fully confidential process. Nothing is disclosed to families or anyone else. We arrange the ceremony and the registration (you bring your own witnesses), so that by the end you are legally married with a certificate in hand. Many couples across Shakarpur and east Delhi have started married life this way — without conflict and without fear.
Inter-caste marriage is fully legal in India, and no couple needs anyone's permission to marry across castes. Two Hindus of different castes can marry through the Arya Samaj ceremony under the Hindu Marriage Act, or opt for the Special Marriage Act if they prefer. No caste certificate is ever required, and your marriage certificate looks like any other. If your families support you, wonderful — we simply handle the formalities. If they are not yet convinced, we keep everything private and steady, and many couples find a settled, legal marriage smooths the road with time.
When partners follow different faiths, two clear routes exist. The first is the Special Marriage Act, where you marry as a civil union with neither person changing religion. The second is Shuddhi Sanskar, where one partner formally embraces the Arya Samaj tradition before a Vedic ceremony. Neither is complicated once someone walks you through it, and neither is anything to fear. We lay out both options with their timelines and trade-offs so you can pick what suits you as a couple. Whichever you choose, the outcome is a valid, registrable marriage.
NRI and foreign-national couples are a regular part of who we serve, often flying into Delhi with a narrow window. We plan around your travel so the ceremony and paperwork slot neatly into your visit. Alongside the usual documents you will need a valid passport, your visa or OCI card, and proof of single status. Where the certificate must be used abroad — for a spouse visa or recognition in another country — we arrange MEA apostille or embassy attestation. If one partner lives in Shakarpur and the other is arriving from overseas, we make sure both sides are fully covered.
Life does not always spare you a whole month. A visa interview lands, a job posting arrives, or a family situation needs the marriage settled quickly. For genuinely urgent cases we look at every lawful way to speed up your registration, including the same day Arya Samaj route followed by prompt certificate processing. We will never sell you a false tatkal promise — instead we assess your real case and tell you the fastest honest path available. For Shakarpur couples, being so close to our base often means we can act especially fast.
Shakarpur sits in a busy, central pocket of east Delhi, so we naturally serve the whole cluster of colonies and nearby neighbourhoods. If you live in any of these, reaching us is easy.

A lot of stress is avoidable. Here are the slips we see most, so you can dodge them from the start.
Names and details are changed for privacy, but these cases are very typical of what we handle.
The couple who came the same morning. A pair from Laxmi Nagar called early, brought their documents over by noon, and because our base is just beside Shakarpur, we completed the Arya Samaj ceremony the same afternoon. Their certificate was in hand before evening, and registration followed within days.
The inter-caste pair from Krishna Nagar. They were uneasy about how relatives might react and wanted things kept discreet. We arranged a private ceremony (the couple brought friends who know them as witnesses), completed the paperwork calmly, and guided their registration. Weeks later they told us the settled, legal marriage gave them the confidence to speak to their families.
The NRI groom on a tight trip. With his bride's family in Preet Vihar and only ten days in India, timing decided everything. We mapped the ceremony, registration and apostille around his flights so he flew back with a certificate ready for use abroad.
Handling marriages is not something we took up recently. It rests on years of sitting with couples through every kind of moment — the joyful, the urgent, the delicate. That experience means little surprises us, and that calm passes on to you on what can be a tense day. We know the statutes, we know the offices, and we know how to keep your matter moving forward rather than stalling.
More than the mechanics, people remember how they were treated: honest answers, a fair price, complete discretion, and someone who follows through. When couples from Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar and Krishna Nagar recommend us to their friends, it is because they felt safe and respected from the first call to the final certificate. Guarding that trust matters to us more than anything else.
Talk to a real consultant today. Honest advice, a clear plan, and total privacy.
Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar and the blocks around them are full of people in their late teens and early twenties — students, coaching-centre candidates, first-job juniors, people sharing a room with three others and building a life. So this page says the thing that matters most to a young couple, first and without softening.
The law's line is twenty-one for the groom and eighteen for the bride, under Section 5(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Not approximately. Not "nearly". Not "she turns eighteen in two months".
We check it before anything else, against documents, for every couple. Before the route, before the fee, before a date is discussed. If the documents do not clearly establish those ages, we stop, and we say so. This costs us bookings every month and we are entirely at peace with it.
Why we are immovable, and it is not primness. Age is the one thing that can be attacked years later on paper, by anybody, without needing your cooperation. When a family opposes a marriage, the allegation that has teeth is not kidnapping and not theft — it is age, because age is decided by documents rather than by anyone's word. A marriage performed a few months early is a marriage with a permanent, documented weakness in it, and the person who carries that weakness is not the person who performed the ceremony. It is you.
And a warning that belongs here rather than buried lower down. Anybody who offers to marry an under-age couple — who says the papers can be "managed", that a certificate can show a different year, that a mandir will not look closely — is offering to put a fault line into your life and take money for it. That person will not be there when it is tested. Walk out, and if you can, tell somebody.
Then the honest answer is: not yet. And rather than leave it there, here is what is actually true and what the waiting period is genuinely for.
What nobody can do for you. No mandir, no advocate, no agent and no office can lawfully marry you before those ages, and nothing you are told otherwise is true. A document produced anyway does not make you married — it makes you a person holding a document that will fail when it is checked.
What you can do in the meantime, and it is not nothing. Get both sets of documents in order, because that is the work that would otherwise stall you on the day: a reliable date-of-birth proof for each of you, an Aadhaar carrying your current address, spellings that match across every document. Couples who spend the waiting months fixing paperwork walk in and finish in two mornings. Couples who spend them waiting walk in and discover a school record that disagrees with an Aadhaar.
Living together before marriage is a separate question from marrying. Two adults may do so; a person below eighteen cannot lawfully be in that situation with an adult, and we will not advise around it. If that is where you are, the person to talk to is not a marriage service.
And if you are being pressed into a marriage you do not want, whatever your age, the next section is for you.
This section is not about our services and there is nothing to sell in it. It is here because the people who need it are exactly the people who read pages like this one at two in the morning.
A marriage requires your free consent. Section 5(ii) of the Hindu Marriage Act requires that both parties are capable of giving valid consent, and consent obtained by force or by fraud makes a marriage voidable under Section 12(1)(c). Nobody — not a parent, not a relative, not a community body — can lawfully marry you against your will.
If you were married as a child, the law gives you a specific right, with a deadline. Under Section 3 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, every child marriage — whether solemnised before or after the Act came into force — is voidable at the option of the party who was a child at the time of the marriage, and only that party may petition the district court for a decree of nullity.
Two further parts of that section matter very much:
Where the person is still a minor when filing, the petition may be filed through a guardian or next friend, along with the Child Marriage Prohibition Officer.
And the deadline: the petition "may be filed at any time but before the child filing the petition completes two years of attaining majority." So a woman married as a child has until she is twenty; a man until he is twenty. After that the right under this section is gone.
The section also provides that where a decree of nullity is granted, the court may order the parties and their parents or guardians to return money, valuables, ornaments and gifts received on the occasion of the marriage, or their value.
If this is you, or someone you know, the two-year window is the thing to act on. Not this year, not "after the exams". Speak to an advocate, or to a legal services authority, which provides free legal aid. The women's helpline 181 and the child helpline 1098 exist for exactly these situations and cost nothing to call. We are a marriage service, not a support organisation, and we would rather point you somewhere useful than pretend to be one.
This is the single most common documentary problem among young couples in this belt, and it is entirely fixable — but only with time in hand.
How it happens. A date of birth was entered approximately at a school admission twenty years ago, in a village, from memory. That date propagated into the transfer certificate, then into the Aadhaar, then into everything else — or it did not, and a different date went into the Aadhaar from a different source. Nobody did anything wrong. The records simply diverged, and nobody noticed until a marriage file put two documents side by side.
Why it cannot be waved through. Where the two dates straddle the legal age, or sit close to it, no honest service can proceed — because the office will see the same contradiction, and because a hostile family will find it later. Where both dates are comfortably above the line and differ by a few months, it is a different and softer problem, but it still needs deciding rather than ignoring.
What to do, in order:
| Step | Why |
|---|---|
| Collect every document that states a date of birth | Birth certificate, school transfer certificate, matriculation certificate, Aadhaar, PAN, passport. Lay them out together. |
| Identify the earliest and most authoritative record | A municipal birth certificate is the strongest, because it was created closest to the event. A matriculation certificate is next. |
| Bring the others into line with it | Rather than the reverse. Correct Aadhaar to match the stronger record, not the stronger record to match Aadhaar. |
| Start early | Corrections take weeks, sometimes longer. This is exactly the work to do while you are waiting to be old enough. |
| Never rely on an affidavit alone | An affidavit does not create an age. Neither does a medical estimate. Only records do. |
If you have no birth certificate at all — common for people born in villages before registration was routine — a delayed registration can be applied for with the municipal authority, and in the meantime the school record and the passport carry the weight. Ask us before you spend money on anything; this is the sort of thing we can usually sort out on a phone call.
Almost nobody in this belt under twenty-five has an address document in their own name. The room is taken verbally, the rent is paid in cash, the electricity is the building's, and the Aadhaar still shows a home in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand or Uttarakhand.
None of that prevents you marrying. It does decide which route is easiest, which is why we ask about it in the first conversation rather than the last.
| Situation | What works |
|---|---|
| Aadhaar showing your home state | Perfectly valid identity and age proof — nobody may tell you otherwise. It is only residence that is a separate question. |
| PG or shared room, nothing in writing | Ask the owner for a simple letter stating you live there, and add an affidavit. Many will give one if you explain it is for a marriage registration. |
| Rented room with an agreement | The agreement plus a bill or an updated Aadhaar. Straightforward. |
| Hostel attached to a college or institution | The allotment or accommodation letter on institutional letterhead, plus an affidavit. A hostel room you actually live in is a residence — unlike a hotel, which is not. |
| You want the cleanest route | Update your Aadhaar to where you actually live. Free, done online or at an enrolment centre, takes days — and it removes the whole problem. |
| Neither of you has any Delhi address at all | Tell us. A ceremony at the mandir often opens a route that does not depend on proving residence anywhere, and that is frequently the answer for couples in your position. |
What not to do: borrow a relative's address, or produce a rent agreement created for the file. It puts a defect into your certificate that nobody notices at the counter and that surfaces the day a visa officer lines your documents up, or somebody contests the marriage. You will be twenty-three when you do it and forty when it matters.
The requirement: two witnesses for the Arya Samaj ceremony and for registration under the Hindu Marriage Act; three for solemnisation under the Special Marriage Act. Each must be an adult, present at the marriage, genuinely known to you both, and carrying an original photo identity document.
What is not required: a relative, a Delhi resident, a property owner, or anybody's parent. A classmate, a room-mate, a colleague from your first job, a friend from the same home district, a landlord — all perfectly good. A home-state Aadhaar is a perfectly good witness document.
The honest difficulty for a young couple: the people you would naturally ask are the people most likely to mention it. Choose for discretion you have already tested rather than for closeness, ask once and privately, give them only the date, and remind them the night before to bring originals — the commonest wasted appointment anywhere is a witness who brought a photocopy.
What we will not do, at any price, is provide witnesses. A witness signs a statement that he was personally present at your marriage and knows who the two of you are. A stranger cannot honestly sign that. It leaves a defect that sits dormant for decades and then surfaces in a succession dispute or a visa check — and for a couple in their twenties, "decades" is a long time for something to be quietly wrong.
People who marry at twenty-two hold their documents for sixty years. Almost every problem we fix for people in their fifties was created by a careless twenty minutes in their twenties.
One — get the spellings right, once. Choose the exact spelling on your primary identity document and use it character for character on the affidavit, the certificate and every form afterwards. Read the affidavit before you sign it and check four fields: your name, your father's name, your date of birth, and the date and place of the marriage.
Two — register, do not stop at the ceremony. The ceremony makes you married at the seventh step of saptapadi. The registration makes it provable to a bank, a passport office, an embassy, an employer, an insurer and a hospital. ₹5,100 gets the first; ₹7,100 gets both. Couples who "will register later" are the couples we meet at forty with a problem.
Three — write down three facts. The registration number, the date of registration, and the office. Keep that note somewhere that is not the same folder as the certificate, and put it in a notes app as well. If the certificate is ever lost, those three facts turn a months-long search into a week.
Four — scan everything into an account only you control. Both of you, every document, into an email or cloud account whose password nobody in either family knows. Twenty minutes now. It is the difference between an inconvenience and a crisis if documents are ever withheld from you, and it makes every future application easier anyway.
The legal position is short. Consent of parents is not one of the five conditions in Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Caste appears nowhere in that Act. Two adults may marry without telling anybody, and no panchayat, gathering of elders or community body can declare a valid marriage void — only a competent court can, in a proceeding to which both spouses are parties.
The practical position needs more care, and for young couples living away from their families it takes a particular shape: the complaint is made in the home district, not in Delhi, and the first you hear of it may be a phone call from a relative or a police station a thousand kilometres away. The usual forms are a missing-person report, a kidnapping allegation, an allegation about the bride's age, or a theft of jewellery. Three of those do not stand where two adults married by choice with correct documents. The age one is decided on documents — which is the whole argument of the first half of this page.
Do two things before anything happens, not after. Do not carry jewellery or valuables whose ownership anyone could argue about — take your documents, your phone, your clothes and things unambiguously yours, and photograph what you leave behind. And scan everything into an account nobody in either family can open.
Where there are real threats — direct threats, somebody already at a police station about you, being followed, your college, employer or landlord contacted — our love marriage page sets out what actually helps, including how a High Court protection petition works and what it cannot promise. The ₹56,000 Premium package covers the full court marriage and documentation together with that petition, drafted and filed by an advocate. For most couples in this belt nothing of that kind has happened and the ₹7,100 package is the right spend — and that is what we will say, rather than selling fear to a twenty-three-year-old.
Delhi's revenue map was reorganised with effect from 1 January 2026 and the city now has thirteen districts and thirty-nine sub-divisions. Shakarpur sits in the east Delhi belt under that structure.
We do not print one office name and send you to it, because the e-District portal allocates the office by your exact address. Certificates issued before 1 January 2026 remain fully valid — the reorganisation affects only where a new application goes and which office now holds the records for a certified copy, a correction, or verification before an apostille. And nobody can promise an appointment date in advance: it is allotted by the office's load. We file promptly and tell you the date when it comes.
And the boundary, which matters here: Noida, Indirapuram, Vaishali and Ghaziabad are Uttar Pradesh — a different state, a different Act, a different portal, however short the metro ride. A Delhi office cannot take a Special Marriage Act notice on a Noida address. If one of you lives across that line, say so in the first conversation.
| Area | What couples there usually ask us |
|---|---|
| Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Pandav Nagar | Age documents that disagree; PG and shared-room address proof |
| Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Vikas Marg | Fitting two appointments around a job or coaching schedule |
| Mandawali, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar | Couples whose families are in another state |
| Krishna Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Geeta Colony | Registering a marriage from years ago |
| Kondli, Trilokpuri, Kalyanpuri | Address proof where household documents name somebody else |
| Noida, Indirapuram, Vaishali | Uttar Pradesh — a different Act and portal; a Delhi office cannot take an SMA notice on that address |
| Anand Vihar, Karkardooma, Vivek Vihar | Inter-caste couples marrying without family knowledge |
| Yamuna Vihar, Shahdara, Dilshad Garden | Same-day ceremonies before a shift |
The law is identical across every Delhi entry. What differs is which part of your file is likely to be the awkward one — and for young couples here, it is very often the date of birth.
The same everywhere on this website. No surcharge for caste, religion, urgency, distance — or age. The figure quoted on the phone is the figure at the counter, and you are entitled to ask for it in writing on WhatsApp before you travel.
| Service | Fee | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Arya Samaj marriage, ceremony only | ₹5,100 | Pandit, havan, saptapadi, mandir certificate, same day |
| Love / inter-caste marriage, same day | ₹5,100 | Confidential ceremony and certificate |
| Hindu Marriage Act SDM registration | ₹6,000 | Registration of a marriage already solemnised |
| Court marriage, advocate assisted | ₹6,100 | Drafting, affidavits, filing, appointment |
| Arya Samaj + court marriage, combined | ₹7,100 | Ceremony and registration together — what a young couple should take, so it is finished |
| Hindu–Muslim / inter-religion marriage | ₹10,000 | Shuddhi or SMA route with certificate |
| Marriage registration, full service | ₹12,000 | End-to-end managed registration |
| Special Marriage Act marriage | ₹15,000 | Full process including the 30-day notice |
| NRI marriage + MEA apostille | ₹20,000 | Marriage, registration and the apostille chain |
| Court marriage + High Court protection (Premium) | ₹56,000 | Full court marriage and documentation plus a protection petition filed by an advocate, with follow-up |
| Duplicate certificate | ₹2,500 | Lost or damaged |
| Government statutory fee | ₹100 / ₹200 / ₹15 | ₹100 Hindu Marriage Act registration, ₹200 requisite fee under the 2014 Order, ₹15 Special Marriage Act solemnisation — paid to government, not to us |
Not included, and told to you before you pay: the government statutory fee, notary charges of ₹100–₹200 per affidavit, any late-registration fee, MEA apostille and embassy attestation where the certificate goes abroad, certified translation, and optional photography, video and transport. The full list with worked total-cost examples is on the fees page.
Because young people get overcharged more than anybody: the government's own charges in this process are in hundreds, not thousands. The registration statutory fee is ₹100–₹200. A notary is ₹100–₹200 per affidavit. If you are told an office needs thousands to "process" your file, ask which rule requires it and ask for a receipt — that one question ends most of these conversations. And never hand over money before you have the total in writing.
What we will not take money for, ever: witnesses; a shortened statutory notice; a certificate for a ceremony that did not happen; a guaranteed court outcome; an under-age marriage; or a marriage while an earlier one subsists.
A lot of people in this belt do not ring because they are afraid of being told no, or of being talked into something. So: the call is free, nobody will push you, and if the answer is that you need to wait a few months, that is what you will hear — along with exactly what to sort out in the meantime so that the day itself takes two mornings and not two weeks.
Tell us your ages and what your documents actually say about them, your religions, whether either of you has been married before, where each of you lives and what your papers say, whether either of you is across the line in Uttar Pradesh, and whether anything is going on at home.
Call +91 8376863962. Hindi or English. And if what you actually need is not a marriage service — if somebody is forcing you, or you are under age and frightened — the women's helpline is 181, the child helpline is 1098, and legal aid from a legal services authority is free. We would rather tell you that than sell you something.
Marriage should open a new chapter, not turn into a fight with red tape. For couples in Shakarpur and across east Delhi, a same day Arya Samaj court marriage brings together the two things that matter most — a meaningful Vedic ceremony you can complete quickly, and a legal certificate that stands firm wherever you present it. And with our base just minutes away, Shakarpur couples get all of that with the least travel and the least fuss. Whether you are a love couple wanting privacy, an inter-caste or inter-religion pair standing by your choice, or an NRI couple working against a flight date, there is a lawful, dignified path built for you.
The single most useful step is to ask. One honest conversation settles more than days of worrying. Tell us your situation and we will tell you what is possible, how long it will take, and what it will cost — no pressure, no jargon, no judgment. When you are ready, we take care of the rest with the care your day deserves.
If you are in Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Krishna Nagar or anywhere nearby and you want your marriage done the same day and done right, reach out today. Pick up the phone or send a WhatsApp message — a real consultant will answer and walk you through your options. Your marriage, handled with honesty, speed and complete privacy.
