Quick answer: Dwarka (pincodes 110075, 110077, 110078 and nearby) is a planned sub-city of cooperative group housing societies and DDA flats. It is full of working couples employed in Gurugram, Aerocity, the airport and central Delhi, and many of them have a partner living just across the border in Haryana. Two Hindus, Sikhs, Jains or Buddhists can have an Arya Samaj wedding and register it under the Hindu Marriage Act on the e-District portal, for ₹100 or ₹10,000 with Tatkal. Couples of different religions use the Special Marriage Act, which has a 30-day notice. Under Delhi's 2026 revenue map, Dwarka is in the South West district, and Dwarka is itself one of its four sub-divisions; the others are Najafgarh, Matiala and Bijwasan. The portal allocates the office by exact address. One common confusion: "court marriage" does not happen at the Dwarka District Court. It happens at the revenue office that registers marriages.
Key takeaways
- From 1 January 2026, Dwarka is one of the four sub-divisions of the South West district (with Najafgarh, Matiala and Bijwasan); e-District allocates by address.
- "Court marriage" is done at the revenue office that registers marriages, not at the Dwarka District Court.
- Two Hindus: Arya Samaj ceremony on a weekend + Hindu Marriage Act registration, usually needing one half-day off work.
- A partner living in Gurugram can marry in Delhi with a Haryana Aadhaar; only one partner needs Delhi address proof.
- After marriage, add your spouse to company health insurance within the policy window and update EPF and gratuity nominations.

Dwarka was planned by the Delhi Development Authority from the 1990s as a self-contained sub-city on the city's south-western edge. Today its numbered sectors, from Sector 1 near Palam to the newer sectors along the Dwarka Expressway, hold hundreds of cooperative group housing societies, DDA flats, schools, hospitals, the Dwarka District Court complex and the Yashobhoomi convention centre. It sits between Delhi's airport and Gurugram, and that geography shapes the people who live here: airline and airport staff, engineers and managers commuting to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar, government employees, teachers, doctors and a large number of young families who moved into society flats in the last fifteen years. Around the planned sectors are the older urban villages, among them Palam, Bagdola, Pochanpur, Kakrola, Matiala, Bharthal and Dhulsiras, with their own families and traditions.
The couples who call us from Dwarka are, more often than not, both working. They want the marriage done properly but without taking a week off. Many met at work in Gurugram, and one partner lives in Haryana. Some have been living together in a rented flat and now want to marry. Some have parents who live in the same society and want a proper ceremony; others are marrying against family wishes. Almost all of them need the certificate for something practical soon after: a joint home loan, a spouse visa, the partner's company health insurance, or a passport update. This guide is written for them.
For the general process, see our complete Delhi court marriage guide. We also have short pages for Dwarka Sector 6 and inter-caste marriage in Dwarka Sector 12.

Dwarka Under the 2026 District Map
On 1 January 2026, Delhi's revenue administration moved from 11 districts and 33 sub-divisions to 13 districts and 39 sub-divisions, aligned with municipal boundaries, under a Revenue Department notification dated 25 December 2025. For Dwarka, the change is simpler than for most places. It stays in the South West district, and Dwarka is one of that district's four sub-divisions, alongside Najafgarh, Matiala and Bijwasan.
| Before 2026 | From 1 January 2026 |
|---|---|
| Dwarka was part of South West district; addresses were handled by the sub-division then in force | South West district, sub-divisions Najafgarh, Matiala, Dwarka and Bijwasan |
| 11 districts, 33 sub-divisions | 13 districts, 39 sub-divisions |
| Office location from older pages | Check the office named on your appointment slip; it may differ from older pages |
Because Dwarka borders Matiala, Najafgarh, Bijwasan and Palam, some addresses near the edges, especially in the older villages, may be allocated to a neighbouring sub-division. Enter your exact address on e-District and follow the appointment slip. Certificates issued before 2026 remain valid.
"Court Marriage" Is Not at Dwarka Court
Every week someone asks us, "Do we have to go to Dwarka Court for court marriage?" The answer is no, and it helps to understand why.
- "Court marriage" is a popular name, not a legal term. It usually means either a marriage under the Special Marriage Act before a Marriage Officer, or a Hindu marriage registered by the registering officer under the Hindu Marriage Act.
- In Delhi, those officers sit in the revenue department's offices, under the district magistrate and sub-divisional magistrates, not in the district courts.
- The Dwarka District Court complex handles civil and criminal cases, including family court matters such as divorce and maintenance. It does not register marriages.
- Touts outside court complexes sometimes offer "court marriage" in a day. Be careful. A marriage has to be performed and registered through the proper process, not by signing papers at a notary's table.
More on this in our guide to how court marriage works.
Which Office Registers Your Marriage
- Hindu Marriage Act registration: the office allocated on e-District for the Delhi address of either partner, or the place in Delhi where the marriage was performed. If one partner lives in Gurugram and the other in Dwarka, the Dwarka address can be used.
- Special Marriage Act: the Marriage Officer of the district where at least one partner has lived for 30 days or more before notice.
- Anand Karaj (Sikh couples): registration is also possible under the Delhi Anand Marriages Rules, 2018.
Legal Routes
| Couple | Usual route | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Two Hindus, Sikhs, Jains or Buddhists | Arya Samaj wedding + Hindu Marriage Act registration | Ceremony same day; certificate 1–2 weeks (Tatkal 1–2 working days) |
| Wedding already held | Register the existing marriage | 1–2 weeks |
| Different religions | Special Marriage Act | About 35–60 days |
| One partner a foreign national | Usually Special Marriage Act | About 35–60 days |
Address Proof in a Society Flat
Most Dwarka residents live in cooperative group housing societies or DDA flats, and address proof depends on whether you own the flat, rent it or live with parents.
| Situation | What usually works | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Owner or co-owner | Aadhaar with the Dwarka address, or a conveyance deed / share certificate plus an electricity bill | Society share certificates alone may not be accepted; add a utility bill |
| Living with parents in their flat | Your Aadhaar with that address; or parent's utility bill plus parent's consent letter and your affidavit | Parent's ID should accompany the consent letter |
| Tenant | Registered or notarised rent agreement plus the owner's utility bill and ID | An unregistered agreement for a short period may be questioned; renew before it expires |
| Company-leased flat | Company letter confirming accommodation, the lease, and your affidavit | Letter should be on letterhead with an authorised signatory |
| Aadhaar still shows home town | Aadhaar as ID; Dwarka residence shown by rent agreement or utility bill with affidavit | Updating Aadhaar first is simpler if you have time |
Some societies issue a "residence certificate" on letterhead signed by the secretary. It can support your case, but it is not a substitute for a rent agreement or utility bill. Offices vary in what they accept, so we check your documents before you apply. See also our documents guide.
One Partner in Gurugram: Delhi or Haryana?
Dwarka and Gurugram are next door, and a large share of our Dwarka couples have one partner living in Haryana. You can marry and register in either state; the marriage is valid across India either way. Here is how to choose.
| Point | Register in Delhi | Register in Haryana |
|---|---|---|
| Basis | Delhi address of either partner, or marriage performed in Delhi | Haryana address, or marriage performed in Haryana |
| Process | Online on Delhi e-District, appointment at the allocated office | Haryana's own online system and offices |
| Fast track | Tatkal, with a ₹10,000 government fee | Different rules and timelines |
| Special Marriage Act notice | In the district where one partner has lived 30 days | Same rule, in Haryana; local practice on displaying and sending notice can differ, so check current practice |
| Our help | Full service: ceremony, documents, registration | We can advise on documents; registration is handled in Haryana |
Our general advice: if the Dwarka partner has clear Delhi address proof, register in Delhi. It keeps everything in one system and lets you use Tatkal if needed. The Haryana partner simply uses their own Aadhaar as ID. For the Special Marriage Act, note that the notice is displayed where it is filed; couples who want less exposure to family reaction sometimes prefer to file where they actually live and work.
Couples who work in Gurugram but whose families live in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar or Rajasthan can equally marry in Delhi. Nobody needs to go back to their home state to marry.
Working Couples: Fitting It Around Office
Most Dwarka couples want to take as little leave as possible. Here is how the process fits into a working week.
| Step | Time needed | Can it be done outside office hours? |
|---|---|---|
| Document check with us | 30 minutes on WhatsApp | Yes, evenings or weekends |
| Affidavits and notarisation | An hour | Usually a Saturday morning |
| Arya Samaj ceremony | About 90 minutes | Yes, weekends and holidays |
| Online application | We file it | Yes |
| Registration appointment | Half a day, both partners and two witnesses | No, working days only; take half a day off |
In practice, most working couples need to take off just one half-day, for the appointment. Book a morning slot, bring witnesses who can also take the morning off, and you can be back at work after lunch. If you need the certificate within a day or two, for a visa or joining date, Tatkal is available.
After Marriage: HR, Insurance and Joint Loans
For working couples, the certificate is the key to a set of practical changes. Do them within the first month:
- Company health insurance: most group policies let you add a spouse within a fixed window after marriage, often 30 to 60 days, and only once a year otherwise. Check your HR portal immediately; missing the window can mean waiting until renewal.
- Provident fund and gratuity nominations: update your EPF nomination on the EPFO portal and your gratuity nomination with HR. Under EPF rules, once you have a family, the nomination should be in favour of family members.
- Joint home loan: banks usually ask for a marriage certificate for spouses to be co-applicants, especially where surnames differ. Buying a flat in Dwarka or on the Dwarka Expressway together? Keep the certificate ready.
- Income tax: the spouse's details matter for insurance premiums and certain deductions; some couples also arrange the flat's ownership or rent to be tax-efficient. Speak to a tax adviser.
- Passport: adding a spouse's name or changing a surname requires the certificate.
- Bank accounts and investments: update nominations, and open a joint account if you want one.
One practical suggestion for couples who both work: make a shared list, on your phone or on paper, of every place that holds your personal details, such as your employer's HR portal, EPFO, your bank and demat accounts, insurance policies, the society office, the gas agency and your children's school if you have children. Tick each one off as you update it with the marriage certificate. Most people forget two or three, and discover the gap only when a claim is made or a form is rejected. It takes an evening to make the list and saves a lot of trouble later.
If you are changing jobs around the time of your wedding, give your new employer the certificate at joining. It is usually easier to add a spouse to a new group policy at the start of employment than later in the year.
From Live-In to Marriage
Some Dwarka couples have been living together, often in a rented society flat, before deciding to marry. That is lawful for adults, and the marriage process is exactly the same. A few points to keep in mind:
- Your marriage date is the date of the ceremony, not the date you started living together. Do not backdate anything.
- A shared address makes things easier: if you are both on the same rent agreement, one set of address documents covers both of you.
- Children born before marriage: the law protects their rights. After marriage, the birth certificate can generally be updated with both parents' names through the birth registration authority, with the marriage certificate and other documents.
- Families who did not know: many couples tell their families only when they decide to marry. If you expect opposition, read our love marriage legal rights guide first.
Airline, Airport and Shift Workers
Dwarka's closeness to IGI Airport and Aerocity means many residents are cabin crew, pilots, ground staff, air traffic controllers, cargo handlers and hotel staff. Their rosters are unpredictable, and planning a marriage around them takes a little care.
- Block the appointment date with your roster team early. Both partners and both witnesses have to appear together on a working day.
- Consider the Hindu Marriage Act route if you qualify: no residence waiting period, and only one appointment. The Special Marriage Act needs a notice appointment and a solemnisation appointment at least 30 days apart.
- International crew: if you will use the certificate abroad for a partner's visa or your airline's family travel benefits, plan the apostille. See our apostille guide.
- Staff travel benefits: many airlines extend travel benefits to spouses once HR records the marriage. Submit the certificate promptly.
Couples From the Urban Villages
The villages around and inside Dwarka, such as Palam, Bagdola, Pochanpur, Kakrola, Matiala, Bharthal and Dhulsiras, have families who have lived there for generations, alongside newer tenants. Village weddings are often large and traditional, and registration is sometimes left undone. If that applies to you:
- A traditional Hindu wedding is a valid marriage; registration records it. Bring the wedding card, clear photographs of the pheras, and two witnesses who attended.
- Delhi's 2014 compulsory registration order asks for registration within 60 days; late registration remains possible with an explanation and any late fee or penalty that applies.
- Address proof in lal dora areas can be informal. Aadhaar with the village address, or a family member's electricity bill with an affidavit, usually works.
- For couples marrying against family wishes within the village, see the protection information in our love marriage in Delhi guide.
Our Najafgarh guide covers the rural belt further west.
Arya Samaj + Registration
For two Hindus (including Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists), this is the quickest lawful route.
- Document check: send us clear photos of both partners' age proof (birth certificate, Class 10 certificate or passport; Aadhaar is not proof of age), ID, address proof and photographs. Include a divorce decree or death certificate if either of you was married before.
- Affidavits: each partner swears an affidavit giving date of birth, marital status, religion and free consent. These are notarised.
- Ceremony: the Vedic ceremony at the Arya Samaj mandir, with havan, the seven pheras and saptapadi, sindoor and mangalsutra, takes about 90 minutes. Families are welcome, and many Dwarka couples bring parents and a few friends.
- Online application: we file the Hindu Marriage Act registration on e-District with the mandir certificate and book an appointment.
- Appointment: both partners and two witnesses appear with originals.
- Certificate: the registration certificate is issued, usually downloadable once approved.
Always complete the registration. Since 2022, the Supreme Court and the Allahabad High Court have made clear that a mandir certificate on its own is not conclusive proof of marriage. Banks, HR departments and embassies expect the government certificate. See our Arya Samaj court marriage guide.
Special Marriage Act
- Residence: one partner has lived in the district for at least 30 days before notice, proved by Aadhaar, rent agreement or utility bill.
- Notice: filed online and verified at the Marriage Officer's office, where it is displayed.
- 30-day period: anyone may raise a legal objection, such as an existing marriage or under-age partner. Family disapproval and religion are not legal grounds.
- Solemnisation: after 30 days and within three months, the couple and three witnesses appear before the Marriage Officer, sign the declarations, and the marriage is solemnised and registered.
- Certificate: issued under the Special Marriage Act.
For working couples, the Special Marriage Act means two half-days off, about a month apart: one for notice verification, one for solemnisation. See our comparison guide.
Inter-Caste and Inter-Religion Couples
Dwarka's cosmopolitan societies, where neighbours come from every state, make inter-caste and inter-religion marriages common. Legally:
- Inter-caste Hindus: an ordinary Hindu marriage, registered under the Hindu Marriage Act. Caste is not mentioned on the certificate. If one partner belongs to a Scheduled Caste, the central Dr. Ambedkar scheme may give ₹2.5 lakh for a first marriage registered under the Hindu Marriage Act, subject to conditions, and Delhi has its own ₹50,000 incentive. See our inter-caste guide.
- Different religions: the Special Marriage Act, without conversion. Each partner keeps their religion. See our inter-religion guide.
- Conversion: must be genuine. The Supreme Court has held, in Sarla Mudgal and other cases, that conversion only to contract a second marriage does not dissolve the first. Several states, including Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, have laws regulating conversion. If either partner's family is in such a state, take this seriously.
- Two ceremonies: many couples hold ceremonies in both traditions for the families, with the Special Marriage Act as the legal marriage.
NRI Couples Landing at IGI
Dwarka is often the first stop for NRI couples: it is fifteen minutes from the airport, has hotels and service apartments, and many families have relatives here. If one or both of you live abroad:
- Send documents before you fly: passport, age proof, and for a foreign national, an apostilled or legalised certificate of single status or no impediment.
- Choose the route: two Indian-citizen Hindus can marry and register under the Hindu Marriage Act within days, with Tatkal if needed. A foreign national partner usually means the Special Marriage Act, which needs 30 days' residence before notice and then 30 days of notice.
- Book the registration early in your trip, not the day before you fly.
- Apostille: after registration, the certificate is verified by the Delhi government and apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs through authorised agencies. For the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, MEA attestation and embassy attestation are used instead. A family member can often complete this after you leave.
Our NRI package with apostille and embassy work is ₹30,000. See our NRI marriage guide.
Witnesses
Hindu Marriage Act registration needs two witnesses, and the Special Marriage Act needs three. They must be adults with ID and address proof, and they must genuinely know you. Colleagues, neighbours in your society, friends and relatives are all fine. We do not provide witnesses. See our witness guide.
For working couples, the hard part is often getting witnesses to take the same morning off. Ask early, choose people who live or work nearby, and have a third person ready as a backup.
If Families Object
Not every Dwarka marriage has family support. If you face threats, call 112 in an emergency or 181 for help as a couple, and give a written complaint to the local police station and the DCP. Delhi Police has district special cells for inter-caste and inter-faith couples, and the Delhi High Court hears protection petitions from adult couples. Adults do not need family permission to marry. Society management committees have no say in your marriage either, whatever neighbours may think.
Dwarka Expressway: Is Your Address in Delhi or Haryana?
This catches out many new homeowners. The Dwarka Expressway runs from Dwarka in Delhi into Gurugram, and many of the new high-rise projects along it, marketed as "Dwarka Expressway" homes, are in Gurugram's numbered sectors, which are in Haryana, not Delhi. For marriage registration, it is the state your address is in that matters, not the name of the road.
| If your address is in… | For marriage registration |
|---|---|
| A Dwarka sector in Delhi (the DDA sub-city) | Delhi e-District; South West district |
| A Gurugram sector along the Dwarka Expressway | Haryana; your address does not count as a Delhi residence |
| A Delhi village along the Delhi stretch, such as Bharthal or Dhulsiras | Delhi e-District; allocated by address |
If you have just moved into a Gurugram-side flat but your partner lives in a Delhi Dwarka sector, register in Delhi using the partner's address. If both of you now live on the Gurugram side, you can still marry in Delhi under the Hindu Marriage Act if the marriage is performed in Delhi. For the Special Marriage Act, the district where one partner has lived for 30 days decides where notice is filed.
Couples From Two Different States
Dwarka is a meeting point for people from every part of India. A Bengali engineer marries a Punjabi designer; a Malayali nurse marries a Haryanvi pilot; a Marathi teacher marries a Bihari civil servant. The law is simple, but family expectations about rituals, language and surnames can take more negotiation than the paperwork.
- One legal marriage, any number of celebrations. Many couples marry by Arya Samaj rites or under the Special Marriage Act in Delhi, then hold a reception or a traditional ceremony in each family's home town. The legal date is the first valid ceremony; later functions are celebrations and need no second registration.
- Different Hindu traditions are still one Hindu marriage. A Bengali Hindu and a Tamil Hindu, or a Sikh and a Jain, can marry under the Hindu Marriage Act. The customs of either partner can be followed.
- Surnames: nobody has to change their surname. If one of you does, use the certificate to update the passport, Aadhaar, PAN, bank and HR records in that order.
- Language of documents: Delhi certificates are in English or Hindi. If a family document such as a birth certificate is in Bengali, Tamil or another language, you may need an English translation with an affidavit.
Marriage and Your Flat
Many Dwarka couples own, or are buying, a society flat or DDA flat. Marriage does not automatically change the ownership of property, but it does affect what happens later.
- Adding a spouse to the title: this is a transfer and involves its own paperwork and, often, stamp duty. The marriage certificate does not do it automatically. Talk to the society or DDA and a lawyer.
- Society membership and nomination: cooperative group housing societies keep a nomination for each member's share. After marriage, many members update the nomination. It is a small form that saves a lot of trouble later.
- Buying jointly after marriage: banks and builders ask for the marriage certificate from married co-applicants, especially where surnames differ.
- Inheritance: under the Hindu Succession Act, a spouse is among the first heirs if there is no will. A will makes intentions clear, especially where parents or siblings contributed to the flat.
Divorced Professionals Marrying Again
Remarriage is common among working professionals in their thirties and forties. The law is straightforward: the earlier marriage must have ended, by a final divorce decree or the spouse's death, before the new one.
- Carry a certified copy of the final divorce decree. If the decree is from a family court in another state, a certified copy is enough.
- Wait out any appeal period. If an appeal has been filed, wait for it to be decided.
- Mutual consent divorces end with the final decree after the second motion, not when the first motion is filed.
- Foreign divorces should be apostilled or legalised, and some need advice on recognition in India.
- Children from the earlier marriage: custody and maintenance orders continue; marriage does not change them. Update nominations and consider a will.
When You Need the Certificate Urgently
Dwarka couples often need the certificate fast: a spouse visa appointment, a joining date abroad, a hospital admission where the spouse's insurance matters, or a deadline to add a spouse to a company policy. What is realistically possible:
| Situation | Fastest lawful option |
|---|---|
| Two Hindus, documents ready | Arya Samaj ceremony, then Tatkal registration; certificate in about one to two working days, subject to slots |
| Already married by Hindu rites, not registered | Tatkal registration of the existing marriage |
| Different religions | No shortcut; the Special Marriage Act's 30-day notice cannot be skipped |
| Foreign national partner | No shortcut; plan months ahead |
Anyone who promises a Special Marriage Act certificate in a week is not telling you the truth. See our Tatkal guide.
Documents Checklist
| Document | Who | Notes for Dwarka couples |
|---|---|---|
| Age proof | Both | Birth certificate, Class 10 certificate or passport |
| Identity proof | Both | Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence; a Haryana Aadhaar is fine for the Gurugram partner |
| Address proof | At least one partner for Delhi | Aadhaar with Dwarka address, or rent agreement / conveyance deed with utility bill and affidavit |
| Photographs | Both | Passport-size photos, and ceremony photos for registration |
| Affidavits | Both | Date of birth, marital status, religion, consent; notarised |
| Mandir certificate | Couple | For registration after an Arya Samaj ceremony |
| Divorce decree or death certificate | If previously married | Certified copy of the final decree |
| Witness documents | Witnesses | ID and address proof |
| Foreign partner documents | If applicable | Passport, valid visa, apostilled single-status document |
Names should match exactly across documents. A common problem with working professionals is a name written one way in Aadhaar ("Priya Kumari"), another in the passport ("Priya") and a third in the company records ("Priya K."). Pick the passport spelling and explain the variations in your affidavit.
Keep the documents for both partners in one folder, in the same order as the checklist above, with originals in front and two sets of photocopies behind them. At the appointment, staff look for each document in turn; a tidy folder shortens the wait and avoids the stress of searching through a bag while others queue behind you.
What Happens at the Appointment
- Both partners and the witnesses arrive at the time on the slip with every original.
- Staff match the originals with the scans uploaded on the portal.
- The officer confirms identities and free consent, and asks the witnesses whether they know you.
- For the Hindu Marriage Act, the registration is approved and the certificate follows; for the Special Marriage Act, the solemnisation appointment is when you sign the declarations before the Marriage Officer.
If your witnesses are colleagues, remind them the day before to carry their original Aadhaar or other ID, not just a photo on their phone. Missing originals are the most common reason an otherwise ready couple is asked to come back another day.
Office clothes are fine. Keep phones silent and bring a pen. The appointment itself is short; waiting time varies.

Getting Around
- The Blue Line runs the length of Dwarka, from Dwarka Mor through the sectors to Dwarka Sector 21, where it meets the Airport Express.
- Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 is the newer extension of the Airport Express.
- For villages towards Najafgarh, the Grey Line from Dwarka helps.
- Your registration office under the 2026 structure is named on your appointment slip; check its location the evening before.
- Dwarka's internal roads are wide but the approaches, from Palam flyover, Najafgarh Road and the Dwarka Expressway, jam at peak hours. Leave early for morning slots.
Common Mistakes
- Going to Dwarka District Court for "court marriage".
- Paying a tout outside a court complex for a same-day "court marriage" certificate.
- Using an expired rent agreement as address proof.
- Missing the company health insurance window to add a spouse.
- Different name spellings in Aadhaar, passport and company records.
- Choosing the Special Marriage Act when both are Hindus, and then struggling with two appointments.
- Using Aadhaar as proof of age.
- Stopping at the mandir certificate without registration.
- Asking colleagues who barely know you to be witnesses, or looking for paid witnesses.
Four Dwarka Situations
The Cyber City couple
A software engineer living in a Sector 12 society and a product manager renting in Gurugram married by Arya Samaj rites on a Saturday. The Dwarka address was used for registration; she used her Haryana Aadhaar as ID. They each took a morning off for the appointment, and she added him to her company's health insurance the same week.
The cabin crew roster
A flight attendant and a ground-staff supervisor blocked a free morning with their roster teams three weeks ahead. They married on an off day, registered on the blocked morning with two colleagues as witnesses, and submitted the certificate for staff travel benefits.
From a rented flat to a joint home loan
A couple who had lived together for two years in Sector 7 married under the Special Marriage Act because they belong to different religions. The rent agreement in both names covered the residence condition. Two months later, the certificate let them apply jointly for a home loan for a flat on the Dwarka Expressway.
The village wedding in Kakrola
A couple married in a traditional ceremony in Kakrola village two years earlier had never registered. With the wedding card, photographs of the pheras, the pandit's letter and two uncles who attended, they registered the existing marriage, explaining the delay in their affidavits.

How We Help
We check documents on WhatsApp in the evening, sort out society-flat and rent-agreement address proof, conduct Arya Samaj ceremonies on weekends and holidays, book registration appointments that fit your office schedule, handle Tatkal when you need the certificate fast, guide Special Marriage Act marriages, and arrange apostilles for NRI couples. Everything is confidential. We do not provide witnesses.
Most Dwarka couples first message us on WhatsApp late in the evening, after office. That suits us. Send clear photos of both partners' documents, tell us which of you has Delhi address proof and whether your families are involved, and we will reply with a clear list of what is needed and the earliest registration slot that fits your working week.
